Okay, I'm your sister, so I can say this. The yellow hem with the boots is throwing me off. When I squint, it looks real cute, but then somehow the dress looks too short with the boots. I am trying to envision tights (??). I think the dress is darling, and the boots, too. Maybe if your hair is down, it would balance it more?
